The SOS Station is constructed of HDPE it is 100% recyclable. THE HDPE sheet has similarities in its applications to wood, however the HDPE sheet is maintenance free and will not rot.
We supply our SOS station fully assembled and ready to use. This is particularly useful if you are about to have an urgent need or don't have the required skills on site or in a factory.
All of our stations will be delivered next day on order placed before 1pm. If you miss the cut off time please get in touch, we may still be able to deliver next day to you.
The SOS Station is a cost-effective investment. Its modular design enables broken or damaged components to be replaced without renewing the entire product. It can be easily dis-assembled and moved from site to site.
Each SOS Station houses safety equipment that can treat the majority of on site incidents. All first aid equipment provided includes an anti-tamper seal to ensure your team know when to inspect that all safety equipment is replenished and up to date. In addition we also provide on going sales support, helping you to maintain your on site health and safety regulations.
All of our SOS Stations come with a free 12 month warranty.
A critical part of the brief was that we worked closely with manufacturers and suppliers to reduce the carbon footprint of the SOS Station.
It was important that we kept the product’s weight to a minimum to ease transport and movement around a construction site. To further help with this our designers split the SOS Station into two large sub assemblies that can be bolted together and quickly disassembled if required without the need for tools.
The Station has been designed to give maximum protection to the equipment stored within it, whilst still allowing immediate unhindered access to the essential items it contains.
From the ground up, the SOS station is sturdy and robust.
The lower section has a removable panel which simply slots in, allowing additional ballast to be added for particularly windy sites. For this reason, the backboard has a multitude of precision milled holes, allowing the wind to pass through.These holes also allow the equipment to be configured to any location within the backboard design.
The Station has strong side panels allowing for further storage of heavier equipment.
The Station is designed for easy manoeuvrability around site. Forklift points are incorporated into the base for ease of use.
